What a journey this one has been... ❤️🏡

Some transactions happen in a matter of days. Others remind you that the right home is worth waiting for.

This journey started almost a year ago.

We casually looked at one condo... then another. We wrote an offer that didn't come together. We made an offer on a second condo, but the seller's expectations just weren't in line with the market. (In fact... it's still sitting there today.) When they finally lowered the price, we gave it another shot... but it still wasn't meant to be.

So we pivoted.

We shifted our focus to The Marseilles and found another beautiful condo. We got under contract, only to have the deal fall apart because sometimes... greed gets in the way of good deals.

It was frustrating, but we kept the faith.

And then... we found the one.

Looking back now, I truly believe it was the one that had been waiting for us all along.

From contract to closing in just 15 days, everything fell into place exactly the way it was supposed to. Sometimes that's how you know you've found the right one.

This transaction was extra special because my buyer isn't just a client... they're family. ❤️ That made finding the perfect place even more important, and I couldn't be happier for them as they begin this next chapter.

A huge thank you to Terez Harris with Keller Williams for being an outstanding listing agent. She did an incredible job preparing her sellers with realistic expectations about today's market, and because of that, we were able to enjoy one of the smoothest and quickest closings I've had in a long time.
