Let’s have a big Walden Welcome for Marianne and Ken! These crazy kids first visited Walden over 3 years ago but various circumstances prevented them from buying. We stayed in touch, they visited often and watched our community grow from afar. Then one fabulous day last month Ken called and said, “tomorrow is my last day of work, what are you doing next weekend?” and the rest is history!! 😍

*While we do not recommend waiting 3 years to purchase, we are pleased as punch Marianne and Ken were just in time to snag one of the very last homesites remaining in Walden! Must admit, there were tears all around…and maybe a little bubbly😉🥂
