One of our favorite parts of building Pointe Grand Southpoint is getting out into the Lowcountry and discovering the local gems we’ll be able to recommend to our residents. 🤍

Because moving somewhere new isn’t just about finding an apartment… it’s about finding your favorite local shops, small businesses, weekend stops, and the people who make a community feel like home.

We really enjoyed everything had to offer 🍑
