The house has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It can sleep 12 people, with an additional 3 people on sleeper
sofas, so it’s perfect for that big family or group of families. There is additional space for blowup mattresses, if needed as well (fee of $20 for each additional occupant per night above 12). It has an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen and dining room, that has seating for 10-12 at a time. The lot does have water frontage with a three finger dock available for swimming or parking your boat for a short period of time. Nick’s Boat Dock does rent pontoons, which is an option for those without a boat, or you could head less than a mile down the road to the Axtel campground beach to enjoy a couple days of just swimming. Cost:
• Summer (May-September) and Holidays = $250/night
• Spring/Fall/Winter = $200/night.
• I am requiring payment up front when booking (will accept in installments), as well as a $200 damage deposit that will be refunded within two weeks of checkout.

• This lake house is conveniently located (less than a mile by road) next to the Axtel Marina on Rough River Lake (Nick’s Boat Dock), and you can actually see the marina from the back deck.
