9807 Kaitlyn — the owners were out of town and trusted me to take care of everything. They took my advice on every decision and we made it to the closing table without them having to worry about a thing.

Aman reached out after matching for his medical residency at Fort Hood. He was graduating medical school, knew this wasn't his forever home, and had one goal: a good interest rate and something that could work for him if he ever got deployed or PCS'd down the road.

We looked at homes and a few different builders before landing on D.R. Horton. With a 3.9% interest rate on the table, it kept his payment where it needed to be and gave him a home that could turn into a rental when the time comes.

Jennifer and William wanted to explore the possibility of buying a home when their lease was up.

We talked through what was most important to them: William needed to be close to his job at Scott and White, and Jennifer had her heart set on keeping their daughter in a specific school district.

Once we knew what we were looking for, we found the right home in the right neighborhood, negotiated a brand new roof, AND got their closing costs covered.
