I get it… when buyers hear “septic tank,” they immediately panic.

But here’s the truth:
A septic system is simply a private sewer system for homes not connected to city sewer.

✔️ Waste goes into an underground tank
✔️ Solids separate from liquids
✔️ The liquid safely filters through the drain field
✔️ With proper maintenance, it can last decades

The key?
Routine pumping every 3–5 years and a good inspection during your option period.

Just like HVAC systems and roofs, septic systems are part of home maintenance — not something to fear.
