Community Spotlight ✨ Sharing this weekend’s Juneteenth events—celebrating freedom, history, and community here in Central Texas.

The Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce is pleased to help share upcoming Juneteenth events hosted by the NAACP Killeen Branch #6189 as our community comes together to celebrate freedom, heritage, and unity.

Festivities begin today, June 18 at 6:30 p.m. with the Miss Juneteenth Pageant at the Killeen Arts and Activities Center.

The celebration continues on June 19 at 10:00 a.m. with the Juneteenth Jubilee Celebration at the Douse Community Center and VFW 9191.

The Juneteenth Parade will take place on June 20 at 10:00 a.m., with lineup beginning at Killeen City Hall.

All three days will feature free community festivities including music, food, and activities honoring Juneteenth and celebrating freedom.
