Sunday 1:30p-3:30p we will be showing the 15139 S. US Hwy 421 property in Cranks. 2 bed, 1 bath. Property will be finishing some small updates next week and will be move in ready October 1st. First and last month’s rent due up front. Rent is $650. $20 application fee per adult on the lease. Application fees can be sent via any of the major payment apps. Pet friendly. Thanks!

I’ve had multiple people messaging this page and I realized I haven’t made a post yet. No rentals are available at the moment but many are getting remodeled, repaired or are in line for upgrades. All properties are located in Cranks and Wallins.

On a side note, we will be setting up 1, possibly 2 tiny homes similar to this in Cranks as Airbnbs/STRs (Short Term Rentals) next Spring. These will be perfect for those of you who have moved away and looking for a unique place to stay when visiting while still being affordable. I will have a parking area large enough for RVs or trailers for those coming in to hit the trails at Black Mountain. No final numbers yet but I’m expecting it’ll be somewhere in the $100-$120 a night range. Let me know what you think!
