Today, my dear friend Trini and her husband, Ramon, closed on their beautiful new home! 🏡🔑💜

Trini and I met many moons ago, when I was about 19 years old. We hadn’t seen each other in years until we reconnected last summer. During that conversation, she casually mentioned wanting to buy a home—but she felt it wasn’t the right time.

Fast-forward to last month, when she reached out about a home I had posted. That one message marked the beginning of their journey to homeownership—and she REALLY loved this home!

With the help of the amazing Jannelle Silva, lender with Eustis Mortgage, we moved quickly to secure their approval and submit a strong offer that was ultimately accepted!

God knows His people. He knows what they have endured, what they need, and what He has prepared for them. Trini and I truly believe that everything happens in His perfect timing. Even during the final hours today, she reminded me, “Trust in God. It’s going to happen. Diosito está con nosotros.” 🙏🏼

And it happened!

Trini and her loving, devoted husband, Ramon, are so deserving of this beautiful new home built by Burkholder Construction. Ramon works incredibly hard to make his wife happy, and purchasing this home is just one beautiful example of the many things he does for her. The love and devotion he has for Trini are evident, and I couldn’t be happier to see them begin this new chapter together.

God has been so good! Congratulations, my dear friends! May your new home always be filled with faith, love, laughter, peace, and beautiful memories. 💜

Well… Frontera Fest is officially cancelled. 😭💜 I’m definitely bummed because I was SO ready to meet y’all at my booth!

But no hard feelings here. Events of this magnitude have a lot of moving parts, and sometimes things just don’t work out. I’m grateful to the promoter for making things right with sponsors.
