90 days!

That’s how long it’s been since we closed on this flip.

People usually see the before.
Then they see the after.

What they don’t see is everything in between.

It’s showing up every day, even when you’re exhausted.

It’s making a hundred decisions: countertops, flooring, paint colors, hardware, layout changes, while watching every single dollar.

It’s going over budget and taking a step back, reminding yourself that the end goal matters more than every individual upgrade.

Today?

The main floor is complete.
Upstairs is complete.
The basement is almost there.
The exterior is getting its final touches with the garage, fencing, landscaping, and curb appeal.

The house isn’t finished.

But the transformation is real.

I know, I know! It's been about a week and a half since I posted.

Between the rehab and life, social media took a back seat for a minute. But I’m back, and I brought something good with me. I just shared a video walking you through the brand new bathroom we created on this flip, and more importantly, how to think about utilizing space when you’re planning a renovation.

Because here’s the truth about flipping houses: It’s not just about gutting and rebuilding. It’s about looking at a layout and asking “what could this space actually become?”
