We are seeking a full time property manager to work with the management team of a residential portfolio.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing applications, leasing paperwork and enforcing terms-of-lease

Communication with new and existing tenants
Inspection of units

Management of on-site teams and contractors

Review of construction estimates and budgets

Coordination of schedules, reporting, and files related to the above

Skills required:
Computer proficient -
We use various property management programs, such as PropertyWare - no need for prior experience but must be able to learn and fully utilize

Microsoft experienced - need to be able to use Word and Excel

Email and internet - we run an internal network of communication and file sharing, as well as require internet research

Ability to multitask, think / make decisions critically, and communicate with many types of personalities

Understanding of basic building systems is a plus

Background check will be performed

Salary commensurate with experience

Benefits:
Monday - Friday work week, with the occasional after hours emergency
