- October 2024 purchased a Dillsburg home from a distressed seller
- Partnered together with 2 other investors to transform the home
- Sold the beautifully renovated house to a first time home buyer
- February 2025 purchased a York home from a distressed seller
- Partnered with another investor to transform the home
- Sold the beautifully renovated house to a first time home buyer
- Annnnnd we are under contract for our next project in Harrisburg, it's being purchased from a distressed seller, and we are partnered with a NEW investor! SO EXCITING! Follow along to see when it hits the market in 2026!

Yesterday we closed on our latest Camp Hill project. We were under contact with multiple offers in just 2 days of hitting the market. It was such a pleasure to meet the new homeowners at the closing table. They are so excited for their new home. Our hearts are so full and we wish them well!
Thank you again to EVERYONE that made this happen from beginning to close!! To see how we have touched so many lives with just one house is the reason we can say we're living the dream! ❤️

Our recent project hits the market tomorrow on July 4th! We are certain that this charming rancher in Camp Hill will make the next homeowner very happy! 💥From purchase to under contract with a new buyer in just 3 WEEKS! We started this process off by giving the initial seller our highest cash offer. With 24 offers on the table our offer was accepted! The original plan was to fully rehab it over the next 2-3 months, but we quickly realized that this house just needed a little TLC and had great potential to be listed at a lower price point, therefore, making it more affordable for the right family! ☺️
We absolutely made the right choice. After only 3 days on the market we had 6 (all over asking price) offers! We feel blessed knowing we made a family very happy!
