Hey all, I would like to let you know that you can qualify for a mortgage using other income besides the 9-5/Pay stubs. SSD, SSI, Section 8, and several other means can be used to help you qualify. Please don't let people who have never owned a home tell you how to qualify. Talk to a Lender, get an Agent (like me), and see what your options are!!
