The other day, someone asked me a really interesting question:
“Do you have to be a real estate agent to invest in property?”

The answer is no you don’t.
You do not have to be licensed to start building wealth through real estate. This is a common misconception, and I wanted to share it because I know others may be wondering the same thing.

Real estate agents help guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the process but anyone can invest in property with the right knowledge, preparation, and support.

-You can invest in rental properties
-You can flip houses
-You can buy land to hold or develop
-You can house hack (live in one unit, rent the others)

You don’t need a license but you do need a plan, financial preparation, and the right team around you. And that’s where having an experienced real estate professional (like me!) comes in handy. I help first-time and seasoned investors find the right opportunities and avoid costly mistakes.
