'Hip, hip, hooray!' At Susquehanna Union Green, a beam signing ceremony was held in honor of Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania.

Local dignitaries, community members, and members of the project team came together to offer well wishes (and crack a few puns) to OIP. You had to be there...

OIP is constructing a cutting-edge medical facility with an injury clinic, physical therapy, imaging, and clinical spaces. The new facility is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

🥳 We couldn't be happier to share that thanks to the efforts of Rep. Justin Fleming and Sen. Patty Kim, Susquehanna Union Green was awarded a community improvement grant from the PA Commonwealth Financing Authority. Grant funding is helping bring Union Green Park to life! 🌿 The new public park will feature an amphitheater, seating, walkways, and gardens with Pennsylvania native plants—while also protecting over an acre of wetlands for residents and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

👀🏗️In case you missed it, big things are happening at Susquehanna Union Green this winter! ❄️☃️

• PSECU is officially under construction on the corner of our town square
• Inside Luna Italian Cuisine, the mezzanine and bar are coming together (🍝🍷 soon!)
• And Landmark Homes is still busy building—new single-family homes and a new apartment community are on the way

Stay tuned for more parks and greenspace updates (🚶‍♀️‍➡️walking trails anyone?) in the Spring—Union Green keeps growing!

Mick’s All American Pub Linglestown is kicking off this holiday season by giving back through the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. 🎅🎄

This week we will be matching all donations to the roundest dollar for Toys for Tots! We will be accepting donations until December 7th, donations can be taken through our cash out process!
