My last closing of 2021! Not all transactions are smooth and this one had its challenges, but this home had awesome sellers who worked through the issues and we got it sold! Thank you, Todd & Jennifer, for allowing me to guide you through the process!

Everyone is aware of how CRAZY the real estate market is! This house had multiple offers even before the first showing! We still allowed showings throughout that weekend so that all interested buyers had a chance to see the house and make offers. This house SOLD well above the asking price but my sellers did NOT choose the highest offer, they went with the best terms!

So if you're a buyer still looking for a home DON'T GIVE UP!!! It's not just price that wins contracts!!

The best part of my job is when I get a text after closing saying "we're absolutely in love with [our house]"!! We found the perfect home for these first time home buyers and their house payment is $350 A MONTH LESS than they were paying in rent!!! I can't wait to see all the plans they have for this home come to life!
