A lifelong Central PA resident, Bobbie Van Buskirk embodies dedication and expertise in real estate, construction and development. As director of business development for A.P. Williams, Mainline Excavating, Inc., Williams Site Civil, LLC., and Williams Development Partners, LLC, she leads marketing initiatives while fostering strategic relationships with stakeholders across the region.
Bobbie oversees a diverse portfolio of medical offices, surgical centers, commercial offices, retail centers, HOAs and warehouse facilities. She is committed to ensuring safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction through her day-to-day management and responsiveness.
She has an unwavering commitment to the community, serving on numerous boards and committees including Midwest Food Bank, the Panther Ram Foundation, NutriPacks, TFEC Women and Girls Fund, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, the National Association of Women in Construction and her current role as president of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg.
Bobbie has three main passions: gardening, cooking and volunteering. She loves watching plants flourish and unleashing her creativity in the kitchen by experimenting with ingredients. She is also fulfilled by volunteering - giving back to the community and making a positive impact.
