Took my little Winnie the sleepy poo bear Trunk or Treating tonight and while Justus was getting candy 🍬 I gave them a cute postcard with a sweet little message on the back 🥰 …and just like that, I made two new connections 🎉

One thing I’ve learned about building a real estate business as a mom with limited resources is that opportunity is literally everywhere.

Every outing, every conversation, every small moment can open a door — it’s all about recognizing it and making the most of it. 💪🏽✨

I may not have it all figured out, but I’m building this dream one genuine connection at a time — for me and for my son. ❤️

In the absence of new data (due to the gov't shutdown), the bond market focused on Jerome Powell's comments that QT (quantitative tightening) could be ending soon. The yield on the 10-year US treasury bond moved below the psychologically important 4% level, which suggests that average 30-yr mortgage rates could break below 6% if historical mortgage spreads hold. Hope you enjoy my update on national and local real estate!

🌟 The last four months have tested me in ways I never expected. Breaking into a new business with no prior experience, limited resources, little money and a newborn hasn’t been easy but through every challenge and every unseen obstacle, I’ve learned more and more about how resilient i am while keepin faith in front of me and staying grounded.

What I’m most proud of is that through it all, I’ve remained true to who I am and what I stand for as a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur. 💫

No matter what life throws my way, I refuse to be a leaf in the wind. I stand firm in my purpose, my integrity, and my belief that everything I’m working for is worth it. 🙏🏽❤️
