Celebrating 50 years and looking ahead to goodbyes! 🤩❤️

Today we are taking time to look back on the history of Morgan Realtors. 50 years ago in 1973 Bill Morgan started the firm “Bill Morgan Realty” in Harrisburg, NC and a few years later his brother Jim joined him. In the early 80’s they moved buildings and changed the name to Morgan Realtors. Mallory Morgan Caudle joined the firm in 2013 to work alongside her father. Over the years many agents have come in and out those doors and the firm faced heartache as they said final goodbyes to those that passed including Bill Morgan, Deborah Morgan, and Barbara Graham. Their office remained on HWY 49 until 2021 when they closed their physical doors to work from home during the pandemic. Most recently in 2022, owner Jim Morgan passed away leaving Mallory behind as the last remaining Morgan. It’s been an amazing 50 years serving Cabarrus County and what a legacy to the local real estate community these brokers have left behind.

Sadly, Morgan Realtors will be closing their doors soon. As hard as it is to say goodbye to a community staple that their firm has become, they have nothing but gratitude for their clients over the decades, thankfulness to the Lord for all the blessings the firm has brought to their family and to Cabarrus County, and joyful closure as they look forward to the future. Mallory Morgan Caudle will continue to serve as a broker in a new capacity with more announcements to come soon.

In the mean time, they have one last listing that will be hitting the market soon and it is the most precious to them. Stay tuned soon for information over the next week.
