Summer officially made its grand entrance.

Our Pool Opening Celebration was one for the books. From live DJs and refreshing drinks to delicious treats and unbeatable poolside vibes, our residents showed up and made the day truly memorable.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success. There is nothing better than kicking off the season surrounded by great neighbors, sunshine, and unforgettable memories.

The pool is open, summer has arrived, and the season is off to an incredible start.

An unforgettable night at Keepers ✨ Residents came together for Drag Queen Bingo hosted by the fabulous ANDORA, and somehow the bingo cards became everyone’s full-time job by round two 😂 Between the laughs, friendly competition, and residents suddenly acting like bingo professionals, the energy all night was unmatched.

We recently hosted our 4th annual ERG & Rise Leadership Summit. Inspired by President and CEO Toby Bozzuto’s 2026 word of the year, “intention,” more than 80 leaders from Rise by Bozzuto and our employee resource groups came together for a day of meaningful connection, education, and celebration. The Summit featured a special fireside chat with Chief Administrative Officer Julie Smith and SOME (So Others Might Eat) President and CEO Troy Swanda, keynote speaker Regine Nelson, and recognition of our second annual Impact Award.

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of The Marianne, an elevated senior living community in Dallas that will help address the market’s growing need for housing for adults 65 and older. Developed by Harbert South Bay Partners and designed by Arcadis, the community will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care residences, further expanding Bozzuto Construction’s expertise in senior housing. As our first project in Texas, The Marianne represents an exciting milestone in our continued national growth.

Where residents had cocktails in hand thanks to Keepers, and pups were posted up with their own whipped-cream-topped “drinks” like the VIPs they are 🐶

Riverbend District understood the assignment: good drinks, great company, and even better dog content 🐕📸

We had such a fun time partnering with Hudson Table for a hands on resident event at the Riverbend District. From making fresh pasta from scratch to whipping up the perfect tiramisu, residents learned the techniques and little secrets that turn a good dish into a great one.

Hudson Table keeps the experience going at their Hoboken location, where they host interactive cooking classes on their rooftop with incredible views and an atmosphere that makes every class feel like an event.

Safe to say, our residents are bringing some serious skills back to their kitchens.

Fun Fact: Earlier this year, The Wyldes broke an unprecedented record in the luxury rental market for Hudson County, NJ. In just six months after opening, The Wyldes leased out a whopping 75% of our 399 available units.

To this day, we’re incredibly proud of our wonderful staff and the amazing residents who make up the thriving community at The Wyldes. We’re also inspired by Harrison, at large, for blossoming into the city it's become.
