Silvertree Seniors Chattanooga is a 125-unit high-rise apartment community in the Northeast of Chattanooga, TN. The property stands alone among the quiet woodlands South of Harrison Bay and the surrounding neighborhoods. We offer spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with convenient access to a number of onsite amenities, including a community room, emergency pull cords, and laundry facilities. We have a controlled access system, as well as private and secure off-street parking, a sophisticated video camera system, and a Social Service Coordinator to plan events and help meet the individual needs of our residents. Rent is calculated as 30% of a resident's overall income, with income limits of $2,083month for an individual and $2,120 month for 2 persons.
