A Little Kitchen Update From the Dome
When we bought our geodesic dome, we loved the 70s charm, but the kitchen definitely felt a little dark and tired. A full remodel wasn’t in the cards, so we made a few simple, budget‑friendly changes: lighter walls, painted cabinets, DIY countertops, and open shelving for my pottery pieces.
Nothing fancy — just thoughtful updates that made the whole space feel brighter, calmer, and more us. I love walking in there now. It’s amazing how small changes can really shift the mood of a room.
