I have been a Property Manager for many years, and even then, I would shout to the rooftops, BUY A HOME!! 🏘️

No matter the market, this is truly the best investment anyone can make!

As I have started the year doing Open Houses I have seen this trend. The trend of people shopping but have zero clue what they can actually shop!! Customers, Neighbors, and Friends!!!! Do not do this always get pre-approved, not only because it helps you be ready to get that offer in but it establishes what your wants and needs can be. Nothing is worse than looking at a home that is out of reach!

One thing I have always wanted to do is snowboard! Its a sport that I have always loved to watch! While we were on our trip I said theres one thing I gotta do and that is learn! 2 lessons later I can go down by myself! Though, I think I gotta another year before I can keep up with the boys I am def close!! 😂
