We recently received a message from a resident who wanted to recognize the outstanding work our Maintenance Supervisor Chris did during the snowstorm—and we couldn’t agree more. Check out her note below:

I am writing to recognize Chris, the maintenance technician at Colonnade Apartments, for the exceptional job he did during the recent snowstorm.
The snowfall was significant, yet Chris worked tirelessly—day and night—to ensure the property was safe and accessible for residents. I personally witnessed him operating the snowplow, clearing sidewalks, and making sure parking spaces were properly cleared.
Because of his efforts, residents were able to safely navigate the property during challenging weather conditions. That level of commitment deserves recognition.
Please extend my appreciation to Chris for his hard work during this recent storm.
