Community partnerships make a big impact! 💜🥎

A huge thank you to our residents and the incredible JMU Softball Team for helping make this year's Artcraft Cares collection a great success. Through the generosity of our community and a matching donation from JMU Softball, we were able to double our contributions and extend our support even further!

This year's Artcraft Cares initiative benefits Noah's Children, an organization that provides compassionate palliative and hospice care for children with life-threatening illnesses, along with other local organizations serving our community.

We are grateful for everyone's generosity and proud to partner with JMU Softball to help make a meaningful difference. Together, we're building a stronger community, one act of kindness at a time. ❤️

Happy Labor Day! ✨

Today, we’re celebrating the people whose hard work keeps our communities moving, growing, and thriving — including the incredible teams who make our communities feel like home every day. ❤️

In observance of Labor Day, our offices will be closed Monday, September 7, while our teams enjoy a well-deserved long weekend.

We’ll be back, refreshed and ready to go, on Tuesday, September 8!

Until then, slow down, soak up the long weekend, enjoy a little extra time doing whatever makes you happy, and make the most of the unofficial end of summer! ☀️😎

We are excited to announce our annual Artcraft Cares collection event supporting local children in need. From Monday, August 24, 2026, through October 2, 2026, we will be collecting donations in the leasing office to benefit local pediatric care and families in crisis.

This year, our initiative supports Noah’s Children—an organization providing compassionate palliative and hospice care for children with life-threatening illnesses—as well as other local chapters in our area. You can participate by dropping off your donations in the large, decorated bin located in the leasing office.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and for helping us make a positive impact in our community!

Our leasing office will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth.

We'll be back and ready to assist you during normal business hours on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Emergency maintenance services will continue to be available throughout the holiday weekend for urgent issues.
