The ideal candidate will have experience with mowing, weed-eating, snow removal, drywall repair and painting. The porter is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the grounds, office, amenities areas, and will help prepare vacant units for rental. A full job description is available. Mosby Heights will be opening the waiting list for Section 8/LIHTC 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments from 1/15/2018-3/30/2018. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list according to the date and time the completed applications is received. Applicants must apply at the Rental Office of Mosby Heights located at 2510 Mosby Court, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Applications will be given at the following times: Mondays 2-5 PM, Tuesdays 10AM-1PM and Wednesdays from 2-5 PM.
