We closed on this home in Layton yesterday and I can't be happier for my clients.
Between them moving to Ohio, buyers backing out, and being on a busy street, we still sold it for well above asking price and got them the most for their property!!!
A tricky transaction but we got it done and kept everyone happy on both sides of the deal.

What do you do when your seller lives out of state and the lawn needs mowed one last time ??

You take the harley out for one last ride of the year and go mow the lawn for the new owner.

I try to help out in any way I can whether it’s helping to move, pulling solar panels off a roof, or mowing the lawn. These things have to happen to keep everyone happy on both sides of the deal !!!

P.S. I knew my fuel reserve bottle would come in handy one day and of course I’d run out of gas in the last ride 😂😂
