It’s hard for me to pick a favorite part about real estate because there’s so much I love about my job. I love traveling around my beautiful state and seeing all the different types of properties. I’m passionate about helping clients at every stage of life and every kind of real estate journey. Whether it’s guiding a first-time homebuyer through one of the biggest milestones they’ll ever experience, helping a growing family find the perfect place to make memories, or assisting someone in purchasing land to build, farm, or invest in their future. I truly enjoy being part of it all. The deal is made in the preparation, not the negotiation. For buyers, this means being fully pre-approved (not just pre-qualified), understanding your true monthly payment, and knowing your comfort zone before you ever step into a home. The strongest buyers win in competitive situations because they’re ready to buy with confidence, not hesitation. For sellers, preparation is just as critical. Pricing your home correctly from day one, investing in presentation (cleaning, decluttering, photos), and understanding current market conditions will determine how quickly and how successfully your home sells.

The market rewards those who are prepared, not those who figure it out along the way. Whether you’re buying or selling, the goal isn’t just to do a deal it’s to put yourself in the best position to win.

Weekends are basically a realtor’s version of game day. It’s GO TIME! While most everyone else is off, buyers are finally free to look at homes so my schedule fills up fast with showings, open houses, and a lot of “can we see it today before it’s gone?”

For sellers, it’s prime time too. More traffic means more eyes on their home, so everything has to be showing ready at all times. Did I mention Open Houses to??

The biggest difference from weekdays is the pace. Things move fast, emotions run high, and offers can come together in a matter of hours. I’m usually texting, calling, scheduling, and negotiating all at once.

It’s busy and a little chaotic, but honestly it’s where the magic happens and deals come together.
