A couple of my go-to starting points?
✨ Declutter so buyers can really see the space.
✨ Make sure each room has a clear purpose and feels easy to move through.

But staging isn’t one-size-fits-all and sometimes the things sellers think they have to change are things I’d tell them not to touch at all.
