**VOTE YES MEASURE 29**
South Dakota employers of all sizes, asking for your support. Please vote yes on Measure 29 to legalize adult 21+ cannabis use. Part of Measure 29 provides the employer the ability to restrict employee use. Unfortunately it is proven, those that want it will get it. let’s legalize cannabis like many other states already have and ensure adults 21+ have access to safe products. The hundreds of jobs and thousands of $$ of tax revenue for the cities / states is an added benefit for everyone in South Dakota. The current medical program in place has proven will not support a sustainable long term industry that was designed to be serving an adult use market. Thank you in advance for your support of Measure 29, VOTE YES!!

Is it just me or…. Does anyone else find the hypocrisy in our Legislature wanting to pass a Law requiring all Dispensaries to post GUN right violations and fining them who don’t. Yet the same Legislature is looking to approve a Bill to allow liquor sales at Hunting Lodges.

Unbelievable.
