The reality is, most homeowners in America love their housing situation. The fear mongering from the media and influencers online are doing it for clicks and are misleading consumers. If you keep waiting for something like this to happen… you might be waiting for something that’s never going to happen (unless there is a black swan event)

This seller initially came to me looking for a cash offer, but after talking with him, I realized that wouldn’t get him the price he was hoping for. I ran some comps and gave him an idea of what the home could sell for on the market. Turns out, I was pretty spot on. The home ended up selling for a hair over ask.

We got six offers, and with long-term tenants already in place, the buyer got a great cash-flowing investment with the opportunity to add more value with a 4-car garage out back.
