as I must reiterate it seems when someone finds me it is not always about litigation, but they are thinking/ considering or contemplating court because unfortunately too many people today do not act for the sake of the golden rule- objective appraisals help to quell people trying to take advantage

there is always someone needing an objective professional appraisal for many reasons and not always for litigation ,but unfortunately when they find me it seems it is preparing to do that because too many people do not act,believe ,or respect the golden rule!
