Closing #4 for July! My team leader Wendy Wendorf sold Jess and Jake’s West Bend house. They had a tight timeline to find their dream home for their new empty nesting chapter that also gave their pups room to run! We found it, wrote a kick ass offer, and worked it so both homes closed on the same day! That can be so stressful, but we worked to keep the anxiety at bay and walk them through each step. I can’t wait to see them make the new home all theirs! I cant wait to join Jess on her new deck for a beverage! These two just make me smile!

God puts us exactly where we need to be when we need to be there! Today I had an incredibly special closing that reminded me of all of that. I met this family just 10 days ago. They were in a tough situation and needed something with a fast close. We found it, they were paying cash, and we closed in just 7 days with the help of Superior Title! For reasons I will not disclose, I won't share more about their story, but I look forward to them continuing to be in my life so I can support in ways other than real estate. Some closings touch your heart in a special way and this was definitely one of them.

Congratulations to my sellers on accepting an offer today! So excited for them to move onto condo living! I truly love being a part of turning the page to the next chapter with my clients. This home has lots of memories, ready to share with a new family! Next stop......the closing table!
