Agent Spotlight: Lynn Eldredge โจ Lynn Eldredge - Homestead Realty, Inc.
With just over a year in real estate, Lynn Eldredge brings something truly special to her clientsโ28 years of experience as an educator and a heart for helping people navigate big life transitions.
When asked what drew her to the WinWin team, Lynn shared that the connection was personal from the start as she went to high school with Wendy Wendorf, Wendy Swenarski and Nikki Airaudi. After relocating from Green Bay, one of her now-teammates actually helped her find her home. As she was transitioning out of education, the conversation naturally led to real estateโand the rest is history.
Her background in teaching continues to shape how she serves her clients every day.
โI always keep the education piece at the forefront,โ Lynn says. โWhether itโs first-time buyers or someone downsizing into a new chapter, I want to make sure they truly understand the process and what comes next.โ
Being on a team has also played a huge role in her success.
โIt gives me resources and support. I always have someone I can call, someone to help me navigate tough conversations or talk things through.โ
What sets Lynn apart?
Her dedication and her ability to juggle it all! Alongside real estate, she serves full-time at Concordia University Wisconsin as a program director supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and recently co-opened Creative Brews a bakery and coffee shop bringing a nostalgic, homey feel back to the community.
When describing her real estate style, Lynn keeps it simple:
Education-based.
โItโs all about making sure my clients understand what theyโre going through.โ
Her advice to agents considering Homestead?
โReal estate isnโt easyโbut itโs incredibly rewarding. And the support you get here makes all the difference.โ
Outside of real estate, Lynn is a proud mom of four and soon-to-be grandma to threeโanother chapter sheโs just as excited about. ๐
