One thing I hear a lot is: “Why shouldn’t I just sell my house myself?”

And honestly, every seller has to make the decision that feels right for them. But in many situations, people don’t realize what they may be leaving on the table by going the FSBO route.

An attorney can absolutely help with paperwork and legal documents, but they typically aren’t negotiating pricing, terms, inspection items, strategy, or advocating for your best interests throughout the process the way a realtor does.

Sometimes saving money upfront can end up costing more in the long run. 🏡
