When I enlisted I was just sixteen and midway through my senior year of high school. My parents needed to sign consent to allow me to ship off to bootcamp once I received my diploma because I would not yet be eighteen.

When I stepped onto the yellow footprints at Paris Island, SC a new future began for me. Life up to that point was one of struggle, fear, frustration, sadness and poverty with no hope in sight. Thankfully though, I would be transformed into a Marine, holding dear all of the values instilled in me during those weeks of training my body and mind to become a warrior.

With my time in service came a new focus and belief in my own ability to continue to transform my life and find greater possibilities. And with that, I brought along my deep compassion and humility.

Many of us who had begun adult life in service to our country have an inherently different view and commitment to our responsibilities and role in other's lives. When I say I will help you, I don't just say the words and go through the motions. I am dedicated with my whole heart and feel driven to do whatever I can for you.

Those of us who have stepped up willing to accept that we could be asked to do whatever it takes, even face death, to protect our homeland and the citizens within it, are a different breed. We have a different mindset, plain and simple.

I hope you will reach out if you ever need help and I promise to treat you with the compassion and respect that you deserve.

No One Cares About Your Asking Price 😳

Imagine you are looking at homes for sale and you spot a listing and click to take a look. You scroll through the somewhat blurry and dim lit photos. From what you can make out, the place looks drab, there is clutter in every room, the lawn is overgrown and a pile of junk is overtaking a corner of the lot.

Do you feel a strong pull to go see the house?

It's a hard pass for most.. but say you go to see the home with no excitement or expectation, you've seen a lack of options within your budget, plus you're bored. In person, it seems a little more adequate and you can imagine some improvements to make it home, but what kind of an offer are you thinking? Want to offer at the asking price or more? Or maybe something under asking, because you really don't care if they reject the offer, but if you can get it at a bargain you'd be happy enough?

My point is, you can list your home at any price, but if buyers do not absolutely LOVE what they see—feel almost desperate to have it, no offer will likely be very good.

It is all about vibe, presentation, repairs, and staging that make your home irresistible.

The Metropolitan Milwaukee home sales press release for June reports that home values, in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin, continue to climb to where we sit at an average home sales price of $450,000. 💸

But hey! This doesn't mean that you can't afford to make a move if you've been sitting in the wings waiting for the market to change. It only means that you need a good financial plan, strategy and need to work with an expert to ensure you can get the best outcome possible.

May 2025 housing data. Home values still rising and people that are looking within a certain price range still struggling to afford within that competitive market.
My best advice is to consult with a good lender and a realtor and rely on their advice to get the best advantage possible.
You need a strong strategy and knowledge base to make your homeownership dreams happen.

Hello again, You 😍

Summer is my favorite season of the year, and I get so excited about all the fun things to do—right here at home. I don’t need to go far, because I truly love being right where I am.

I look forward to seeing the flowers bloom around our gardens, and I absolutely love tending to and harvesting the fruits and vegetables we grow. With the windows open and fresh air flowing, it's the perfect time to refresh a space with a little painting. And of course—cookouts with friends and family, games, lake days, summer evening walks and neighborhood hikes, and all that glorious extra daylight to soak it all in!
