Meet the person behind the scenes on all of our real estate transactions. We have had Ruth on our team since the day we started and I just wanted to give her a HUGE shoutout for all she does for The Siewert Group and many other agents and teams across the Midwest.
Ruth Beardmore is our team’s transaction coordinator, helping create a smooth, white-glove experience for both buyers and sellers. She keeps everything on track behind the scenes—from scheduling appointments to managing documents and all the little details in between. With her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm, friendly communication style, she helps make the buying and selling process feel a lot less overwhelming.
Ruth found her way into real estate transaction coordination after realizing her background in Medical Lab Science didn’t offer the level of human connection she was looking for. She started out as an in-house assistant for a our real estate team in La Crosse, WI, and eventually launched her own business, providing pay-per-transaction services to agents across the Midwest.
Outside of work, Ruth spends much of her time training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her dedication to the sport has led to multiple international medals at the Pan American and World Championships.
