Founded in 2004 by Jimmy and Mary to acquire, rehab and lease residential real estate. Our company motto is: "Making Dreams Come True". We initially started the company with the goal of providing affordable rental housing, along with rehabbing and selling. We are not a Realtor but invest in real estate as private investors. As the company grew, we understood that many of our tenants, while wantin

g to own their own home, had economic, employment or credit challenges which kept them from qualifying for a traditional mortgage loan. Because we quickly recognized this, we expanded our rental business to include creating affordable, single family housing throughout middle TN. As a final note, Jubilee Investments, LLC not only provides affordable housing but by the very nature of the business, helps the local economy by providing work for local contractors, realtors, mortgage companies and other related businesses.
