Our community offers a fitness center, large community center, and laundry facility.

ATTENTION: Downtown Hartsville Road Closure - November 20th, 2025

Downtown Hartsville will be busy for the annual Heart of the Holidays Downtown Open House and Centennial Tree Lighting. Please take a moment to review the event map, which outlines all road closures, parking locations, and the spots where activities and attractions will take place throughout the evening.

Several downtown streets will be closed to traffic during the event, and heavier traffic is expected in the area. Plan your route ahead and allow extra time when traveling.

Roads will close at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 20th, 2025
