Our beloved founder, Wilton J Dufrene, passed away on February 9, 2019 at the age of 82. Wilton received his Professional Land Surveying license in 1967 (PLS #327), which established the foundation for a company that would go on to employ over 110 people throughout its now 52 years of existence. He was president of the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors (LSPS) in 1977, received the Surveyor's Excellence Award in 1989, and was selected as a Life Member of LSPS.
In Surveying we are charged with following in the footsteps of the surveyors that have come before us. Wilton always had a get-it-right approach to the work, leaving a lasting legacy of reputable footsteps to follow.
