This little cutie closed yesterday, but the registry of deeds had no power so we had to go on record today! Good old New England weather! Now the fun part of finding the seller a new summah' condo!

This was another steal in Harwich! This home went back on the market after the last buyers did not get approved for financing. Came back on in the morning, I had my buyers in that afternoon and an accepted offer by the next day. A four bedroom, two bath on a quiet dead end road with beautiful hardwood floors for under $350,000! I could not be happier for my AMAZING buyers. The sweetest little family that is so deserving of this great house!
