Jovan got into real estate the practical way, by buying and flipping his first house in Lansing in 2021. That project taught him the parts of a transaction most people only meet once: inspectors, contractors, and the city and township offices that each get a say in what you can do with a home.

He’s a Michigan State alum who has lived in three corners of the state, so he knows which neighborhoods fit a first time buyer and which ones an investor should look at. Negotiating is his favorite part of the job.
