Great month to end another stellar year for property values! 🌟

Sale to list price ratio is on a slight downward transition, but diving deeper shows us there are many properties finally selling after longer market exposure timeframes. ⌛️

This lengthier time on market naturally draws lower than list price sale prices. 💲

Months of Inventory over the last 6 months, on a rolling basis, has been trending upward. ↗️

Remember, a "normal" market is 6 months of Inventory. We are far from that now sitting at 1.2 Months of Inventory.
