Monday night, we celebrated all of the talented individuals who helped to make our Cameron Building project a reality. Our contractors, suppliers, friends, families, tenants, and neighbors are all part of the special community that makes projects like this one possible. Thank you to our good friends at Nomad Pizza Co. and First Street Brewing Company for helping us to express our appreciation with the universal language of thankfulness - beer and pizza!

Today, following 18 months of planning, demo, more planning, asbestos abatement, more demo, and construction, we opened the doors on 11 new downtown apartments. Welcome to our tenants (old and new), and thank you for choosing the Cameron Downtown!

The Cardinal Construction team did some serious work installing over 3,000 linear ft of LVL beams and numerous steel rods to make sure this building stands solid for another 140 years. GH Construction was here today reinforcing these masonry walls, while Cardinal continued framing apartments upstairs (4 down, 7 to go). Progress is happening fast right now!
