💬 Are FHA loans bad offers? Absolutely not.

I hear this a lot from sellers — and it’s just not true.

An FHA loan (backed by the Federal Housing Administration) allows buyers to put down as little as 3.5%. That doesn’t mean they’re weak buyers — it just means they don’t have 20% saved up.

✔ FHA buyers are often first-time, stable, and well-qualified
✔ FHA appraisals check value AND basic safety
✔ Peeling paint, missing handrails, or roof issues can trigger repairs
✔ Closing timeline is usually 30–45 days

The key?
Price correctly and make sure the home is in solid condition from the start.
