🥳🎊🥳Happy Closing Day🎊🥳🎊

This entire transaction was truly a God moment. Back in May, I received a call from an unfamiliar number. The young lady introduced herself as an agent with a brokerage in Texas. She told me she visited a website, saw several agent options, and chose me. I explained that I was no longer with that brokerage, but I would be honored to assist her client.

Throughout the summer, we stayed in touch—texting, calling, and getting everything prepared. In October, she reached back out and said they were ready to move forward. I listed the property, and within just three days on the market, we received multiple offers.
