We are looking for an Exec Assistant who has a passion to help! This position will be centrally focused on social media management.

Your job as the Admin Assistant is to ensure a consistent workflow from start to finish for the team. Essentially, you are the voice and face of the company. The first, and sometimes most often, person clients and customers will hear from when working with Living Free Financial. You run the show. So run it and run it well!

Job Duties
Promote and educate a wide array of financial literacy topics within credit, debt and money management.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Manage and operate social media accounts.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Order office supplies.
