This was definitely a team effort! I am so grateful to my work family who all pulled together through this situation and my residents. :-)

Sure it's wonderful when we're 100% leased and problem free but nothing shows your professionalism more than how you respond in high pressure\difficult situations. We had a major disaster on our hands beginning at 3am this past Wednesday that was heartbreaking for our residents. Having a dedicated staff who cares deeply about their work has allowed us to make the very best out of this horrible situation. We have relocated nine residents and are on the path to recovery. "Thank You" hardly express my deepest gratitude to the following:
