Another one in the books. ✔️

Last week, I had the opportunity to close the sale of 3.8 acres located behind Party Universe and PriorityOne Bank on Hwy. 98W, near Hegwood.

This was a great piece of commercial property in one of the busiest corridors in Hattiesburg, and I'm excited to see what eventually takes shape on the site. It's always fun watching a piece of land go from "For Sale" to the beginning of someone else's vision.
