👋 Meet the Realtor: Brad Goldvarg

First and foremost, my family and I are believers in Jesus Christ, and my faith guides both my personal and professional life.

I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, but after graduating from High Point University in 2000, I knew North Carolina was where I wanted to put down roots. In 1998, I joined the Marine Corps Reserves, and after 9/11, I transitioned to active duty in the Marine Corps as a Ground Logistics Officer. In 2023, I retired after more than 25 years of honorable service, including three combat tours.

Today, I'm proud to serve my community in a different way- as a Realtor.

For me, real estate isn't just a career; it's a passion. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I'm trained as a real estate appraiser and actively invest in real estate myself. My wife and I have owned both residential and commercial investment properties throughout North Carolina for more than 20 years, giving me firsthand experience and insight that benefits my clients.
