here’s something especially rewarding about seeing a new construction project come full circle—from the earliest plans to handing the keys over to the new owners.

I loved partnering once again with Rockwell Development Group on this beautiful home in an incredible “Walk to Wayne” location. I was fortunate to be involved from start to finish—fine-tuning the floor plan, selecting the finishes throughout the home, bringing it to market, and then working closely with the buyers as they personalized additional selections to make the home their own.

Selling new construction is a very different process than a traditional real estate transaction. It requires an understanding of design, construction, buyer expectations, timing, and how to make thoughtful decisions throughout the process that ultimately translate into value. After years of working in the new construction space, it’s a skill set I’ve developed and truly love putting to work for both my builder and buyer clients.

Congratulations to the new homeowners, and a big thank you to Rockwell Development Group for another great collaboration. I always enjoy being part of the process of taking a home from an idea on paper to a beautifully finished home—and a successful sale.
