Marc surprised me by coming to Philly for my birthday & Mother's Day. We spent Saturday evening at Haverford College seeing Marc's niece Magdalena Steckler perform with the improv club a la Saturday Night Live.

As many of my friends know, I have been talking about renovations (in particular my kitchen) for years. Whether a person plans to move now in this hot real estate market or down the road, I think this article is very helpful. FYI, my first renovation will be replacing my 34 year old roof.
